We are pleased to announce that Reachbird has been acquired by adesso SE. This is the beginning of a new chapter and we are pleased that this step will create many benefits for our employees and customers. Together with the adesso SE team, we are well positioned for future developments in digital marketing and look forward to any challenges that we will face together with our customers.
More than 6 years ago, we founded Reachbird as one of the pioneers and thought leaders in Influencer Marketing in the DACH region. While still at the University of Liechtenstein, we wanted to create a professional environment for influencers and advertisers and developed one of the first influencer platforms, which was used by numerous clients from then on. Since day one, each of our team members has worked with great passion and tireless effort to establish and professionalize influencer marketing in the DACH region. We have achieved this over the last few years, together with our strategic partner Weirather-Wenzel & Partner AG (WWP Group), and influencer collaborations are now an integral part of almost every communication strategy.
The entire Reachbird team has created an excellent influencer ecosystem of tech and agency solutions over the last few years, which is appreciated by influencers and advertisers alike. However, it is also clear that we are only at the beginning of developments in social media and we want to offer integrated solutions for our clients in the future. This is a development that has already begun, and in the future, those companies in particular will be successful in digital marketing that not only have an understanding of standalone influencer marketing, but also strive for overarching solutions. So things are just getting started in digital marketing - and that’s why we’re excited about our future collaboration with adesso.
adesso SE, headquartered in Dortmund and with more than 5000 employees at 37 locations, is one of the leading service providers for digital transformation in the DACH region. The agency business of adesso SE is also growing strongly - currently more than 300 employees work in the Digital Experience division, which bundles the agency business. Here, the Reachbird team will contribute their entire influencer expertise in the future. Adesso is therefore not only the perfect partner for Reachbird in terms of content, but also shares the same philosophy as we do: Business. People. Technology.
